Use the email address connected to your Campster account.

We may contact you at that address to verify that the account belongs to you.

We delete your data
Verified requests are completed within 30 days. We will email you when deletion is complete.

Submitting this form starts the deletion process. This action cannot be undone after completion.

What is deleted and what is kept
Account deletion is permanent. Here is what happens after we verify and complete your request.
Kept temporarily or separately
- Your deletion request and completion confirmation are kept for 30 days after completion, then deleted.
- We may keep the minimum information required by law for the legally required period.
- Public campsite directory information is not linked to your account and is not affected.
- Data stored only on your device remains until you clear the app data or uninstall Campster.
You can also delete a signed-in account directly in the Campster app: open Profile, choose Account options, then select Delete account.
